The hostel itself is housed in a charming old building with a lot of history. The cooking facilities and communal spaces were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to socialize with other guests. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. I also loved the view from my room, which overlooked a castle.

Great location for exploring Northumberland's stunning beaches and castles. The helpful staff even gave us discounted tickets for a visit to the nearby castle. Our family room had its own toilet and shower, and everything was clean. We loved relaxing in the cozy lounge with comfy sofas, where we could read, play games, and watch movies. a wonderful stay. We loved the central location with free 24-hour parking nearby. The hotel was very clean, had 24-hour access, and the facilities in our room were just what we needed. The friendly staff went above and beyond when we accidentally left valuable earrings in our room, calling us to let us know they had been found.

I recently had a lovely stay at a youth hostel in Alnwick and couldn't fault it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. The hostel offered great value for money, with a very reasonable cost and free nearby parking. Although towels and a bathroom mat were not provided, I was able to rent them at a cheap price. The communal fridge was convenient for storing and organizing my items. The lounge had a TV, and despite the slightly dated sofas, they were still comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.
