I stayed at Innside for three nights in December. It's conveniently located near local shops and eateries, and just a short walk from the city center. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The lunch menu was great, and the food delicious. The rooftop pool and dining area is cozy, perfect for relaxing. The staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered, available 24/7 to answer questions and provide helpful tips. The free minibar drinks and tasty breakfast selection were a bonus.

We had an amazing experience at this place. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance, including a great cellar restaurant for authentic Spanish cuisine. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing enhanced comfort. The breakfast buffet was sensational, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes.

We had a minor issue with some noisy guests in the spa area, but overall, our stay was fantastic. We highly recommend this place to our friends for its luxurious amenities and quality services.

I had a fantastic stay at Innside with great days and a nice and fresh hotel. The rooftop bar and relax area were perfect for a chill pool day or drinks in the evening. The rooms were big and had a fresh interior, and I really appreciated the detail of having a free mini bar. The gym was also better than the average hotel gym.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the decorations were lovely, really created a festive atmosphere. the breakfast was decent with a good variety of foods, included some yummy pastries. the location was convenient, close to the town center and easy to get around. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room.

The staff were not very helpful or friendly, which made our stay less enjoyable. They seemed to be disinterested and unresponsive to our requests.

The rooftop bar and plunge pool at Innside was a highlight of my stay. The atmosphere was trendy and the views were fantastic. I enjoyed sipping on cocktails and taking a dip in the pool while soaking up the sun. It truly elevated the experience and made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a trendy and centrally located place to stay in Palma.

The staff were helpful. The rooftop bar had good food and was reasonably priced. Close to the train station and restaurants. Easy walk to Cathedral and sea.
