I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a spacious room. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the lively Cavern quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in and even offering coffee to go. The amenities in the room, such as the large TV and high-quality tea/coffee and toiletries, were a nice touch. The maid did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything clean and tidy.

Only one small thing could've made the breakfast selection even better.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they allowed dogs, and even provided beds and water bowls for them. The hotel had a trendy vibe with pool tables and a well-stocked bar. Our room was modern and comfortable, with luxurious beds and soft sheets. The powerful shower was a highlight, and I appreciated the amenities like a hairdryer and tea-making facilities. The location was perfect, close to the docks and shopping area, making it convenient for all travelers. Aloft provided a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back with my furry friends.

This hotel is located in the heart of the action, in the middle of all the shopping and party places. You can't beat the location for that. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure you feel welcome and at home. Plus, the breakfast is a great way to start your day, with a good range of tasty options.

One downside is that the room felt a bit cramped and the amenities were a bit outdated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Aloft and will most certainly be staying here again in the future. The location is ideal with fantastic restaurants close by that we will be coming back to experience. Great breakfast at Aloft and when staff realised it was my boys' birthdays, we were given complimentary drinks vouchers as well as food platters delivered to the room with delicious macaroons and nibbles. Customer service excelled and I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast options. Can't fault Aloft. Thanks hugely and look forward to seeing you soon!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room itself was modern and stylish, with comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was powerful and refreshing, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with plenty of channels and even a radio that we could Bluetooth our devices to. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

I stayed at this venue and it was right in the centre of everything I needed to do, so convenient! The service was superb - from room amenities to room service everything was just as I had hoped. The hotel décor was lovely, with a beautiful historic feel, and the cocktails were the best I've ever had. The staff, especially Claire the breakfast manager, couldn't do enough to cater to our needs and were very friendly. Everything was just perfect.

This place should do additional customer service training for everyone, from cleaners and maintenance to management, as it could definitely be improved. However, families should definitely check this hotel out as it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at Aloft Liverpool. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the nearby Cavern Quarter and Waterfront. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully refurbished old insurance building. The room was excellent, with tasteful decor and all the amenities I needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The NYL lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel.
