Staff excellent, upgraded room wow factor, beautiful decor, huge bathroom, comfy bed. Hythe seafront location, great for exploring. Enjoyed pool, spa, Indian restaurant, and tasty breakfast with coffee machine. Memorable stay, will return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hythe Imperial Hotel! The bathroom had White Company toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. We loved the pool, sauna, and large hot jacuzzi. The hotel's location was excellent, right by the beach and a great path for walking, biking, or scootering. The town with its many eateries was only a ten-minute walk away. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Hythe Imperial Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor. We enjoyed the lovely indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. The breakfast offered good quality food, although the coffee was average. And the icing on the cake was the breathtaking sea view from our room. All in all, a wonderful stay in a great location.

Our junior suite at the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly good value for money. The location was ideal, especially for our Eurotunnel trip, and the staff were very sweet and attentive.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The classic double room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a luxurious rainfall shower. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and bar, were excellent. We enjoyed the lovely location close to the beach, with the opportunity to explore the peaceful surroundings and the interesting local high street. The friendly and professional staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens right opposite the beach. We were delighted to find that there was an Indian restaurant right next to the hotel, and the delicious aroma of the cooking wafted through the air. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived. They were polite, helpful, and professional, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a stunning sea view. The super king bed was extremely comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus and added to our overall enjoyment.

Had a great time during New Year! Complementary champagne bottle, chocolates and staff greeting cards in the room were a great touch. the hotel's location is just a stone's throw away from the beach and some fun activities. the parking lot was spacious enough for our car and the staff was super helpful in every way they could.

The spa facilities could definitely use some sprucing up. the steam room smelt musty and the atmosphere was quite basic.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hythe Imperial Hotel. The room I was upgraded to was absolutely lovely, with a beautiful free-standing rolled top bath that was so relaxing. The three-course meal I had was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my walk along the beach, thanks to the hotel's nice location. I had a great experience and would definitely consider going back.

I was disappointed to find out that the steam room in the spa was out of service during my stay. The jacuzzi area also needed better cleaning and the tiles could use a steam clean.

The spa area is amazing, with beautiful gardens and a professional atmosphere. The Indian restaurant smelled delicious.

We stayed at a lovely hotel not too far from the promenade and right on the seafront, which was perfect for our group of friends who enjoy long walks by the beach. Our room was spotless and the bathroom had both a bath and a walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options to choose from.

We had a great overnight stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with a stunning view. The room, particularly the bathroom, was amazing - spacious and with a grand bathtub and separate shower area. The service was attentive and the staff in the Moet champagne bar were friendly. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to the Eurotunnel and having a restaurant nearby.

This hotel is located right on the promenade in a beautiful area. It has beach access and facilities like a leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room among others. The staff could not have been more helpful, from chamber maids to receptionists to bar staff to waiters.

There was an unfriendly staff member who was aggressive and abrupt when confronted about an overcharged bill, speaking in a vile manner to staff and me. However, this place is highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and beautiful spot to stay.
