We had a wonderful romantic escape at this beautiful hotel. the spacious and clean rooms offered a breathtaking view of the beach and the hotel pool, creating a truly magical atmosphere. the location was perfect for us, being tucked away from the bustling town but still within a short walking distance. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout our time at the hotel.

The limited number of beach chairs available. This may be a city-wide issue rather than specific to the hotel, but it would have been nice to have more chairs available for guests to relax and enjoy the beach.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the road from the beach. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing stroll along the shore or soak up the sun. There is also a remote restaurant called Chopsticks nearby, where you can savor delicious local cuisine.

The hotel shuttle service could be improved, as there were instances where the taxi fares quoted by the reception staff were inaccurate, causing inconvenience for guests.

The pool area and staff were excellent, and the Sky lounge had a great range of beverages. The barman was a real professional with his knowledge of cocktails. The front desk supervisor, Hong NGUYÊN, went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. This hotel keeps getting better every time I check in. I really appreciate Ms. Hong's efforts to make our stay so memorable. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at a beachfront hotel in Nha Trang. The room was lovely with a massive bed and a beautiful ocean view. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. They even had an honest pool bar man who returned our overcharged money. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The location was a short walk from the local area for food and drinks. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great views and good restaurants. the rooftop bar and pool area had stunning views of the ocean and city lights. the hotel's location near the tourist strip was convenient for exploring the area. the breakfast had a good variety of options and fresh fruit.

Overcrowded and old rooms. the hotel was extremely busy during New Year's and the elevators were always packed, leading to long wait times.

This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided, especially the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring all of our needs were met without being intrusive. the sun terrace was especially lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax on. We enjoyed the beach access and leisure rooms, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We found the restaurant to be somewhat lacking in variety during breakfast, with limited options for a free continental breakfast.
