As longer term business travellers, we found the location excellent for visiting the city centre and The Fire Station. Parking outside was convenient and easy to find. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and provided a comfortable and homely stay. The newly fitted bathroom was a nice touch, and the communication with the landlord was excellent. the apartment was good value for the price we paid.

The apartment was bright and nicely decorated, with a functional kitchen/diner and a cosy bedroom with a very comfy bed. It had everything I needed, including a washing machine and tumble dryer which were a real godsend. I was pleasantly surprised to find weighing scales in the wardrobe, a thoughtful touch. the apartment felt secluded and was very quiet with the windows closed. the hosts were communicative and respectful of my privacy.

We loved staying at this apartment in Sunderland. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen and living area were lovely, and the bedroom was cozy with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and within walking distance of the bus station. We also appreciated the quick and helpful responses from the hosts. this was a great value for the price we paid.

I stayed at Azalea Terrace for 3 nights while attending a concert at the Stadium of Light. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the flat was bigger than expected, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the University of Sunderland. The top floor flat was clean, had all necessary amenities, and the host even accommodated an early check-in. Great value for money, especially compared to other hotels during the concert.

We had a fantastic stay at Azalea Terrace. the location was just a short 5-10 minute walk from the University of Sunderland, making it extremely convenient for our needs. the apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a fridge, microwave, and iron. the living room and kitchen were well stocked and the separate bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and pleasant. the owners were accommodating, providing clear instructions and even allowing us to arrive early.

the hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the flat itself was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking. the location was fantastic, just around the corner from the bus and train station, as well as local shops and restaurants. Despite what some people may say, I found the location to be perfect for what I paid. I had a great experience and highly recommend Azalea Terrace.
