We booked a room at Apex for my in-laws' 31st anniversary and they were thrilled. The staff upgraded their room and even gave them a glass of champagne each. The hotel was spotless and in a perfect location. The free WIFI was outstanding and we found a cute surprise gift from the hotel in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tower Bridge end of the city. It is in a nice area with easy access to the Tube, as it is very close to the Tower Hill station. The rooms have big beds and baths with a separate shower. The bathroom is clean and has a bath. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a smiling receptionist and waiter. The hotel also offers a workspace with a computer for guests to use.

There were some issues with the windows in certain rooms, as they had a stiff locking mechanism that was difficult to operate. there was a noisy generator outside that caused inconvenience to guests.

Clean, modern rooms with TV and all channels. Excellent location near Tower Hill station. Gym is spacious and cool. Elemis toiletries in bathroom.

This place is located in a great central location, but in a nice quiet area. The staff, from maids to receptionists, are very attentive and service-oriented. The room amenities are top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area are excellent, with a fantastic selection of food and drink. The leisure facilities like the fitness studio are great, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were upgraded to a superior room with a comfortable king-size bed, full Sky package, and plenty of mirrors and sockets. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, just a two-minute walk to the nearest station. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location close to Tower Hill tube station. The hotel is nicely designed with modern rooms that have all the necessary amenities. Rooms come with ironing board, kettle and free water. The staff are friendly and helpful with great hospitality touches. The hotel provides delicious lunches and coffee breaks.

We recently celebrated our romantic escape in a wonderful hotel. the room was exceptional with a comfortable bed. the staff was amazing, providing us with personalized attention and 2 complimentary drinks on our arrival. the location was perfect, which allowed us to follow our plan and visit all the attractions within walking distance. We also loved the beautiful view from our window.

We didn't like the breakfast at all as it lacked vegan options, which means we had to go outside to look for vegan breakfast places. Another downside was the noise from the construction happening around the hotel, which disturbed our sleep.
