Had an amazing weekend getaway! Loved the comfortable rooms with all the high-level amenities. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. It was also a cool surprise to learn that famous actors and football players have chosen this hotel too. the location was perfect, with key attractions and transportation easily accessible. Plus, the spacious balconies provided extra space to relax and enjoy the ambiance.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. We also found a hair in the bed, which was off-putting.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, stylish and comfortable rooms, and the great facilities offered. The location was convenient for getting around and we appreciated the coffee machine and free mineral water in the room.

We felt extremely welcome and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

The hotel's location near two tube stations and the Thameslink train station makes it convenient to get around. The proximity to the Temple church is also a plus. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was great value. Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows, the big bathtubs, and the high standard of cleanliness.

One minor issue that guests encountered was weak wifi in the bedrooms.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even upgrading our room for my boyfriend's birthday. The receptionist and doorman even walked us to our room. Room service was available, and the staff member who served us at 2am was warm and professional. we were impressed with the beautiful room, facilities, and exceptional staff.
