The hotel is conveniently located near the mall area where there are numerous hotels available at more affordable rates. It is also a great location for marathon weekends, as it is close to everything. Additionally, the hotel offers stunning views of Lake Superior, providing a beautiful backdrop during your stay.

There have been some complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms, including stained carpets and sticky countertops in the bathrooms.

The customer service at Sheraton was outstanding. We had a minor issue with our elevator, but the staff responded quickly and professionally. They were attentive and ensured our safety throughout the incident. Despite the inconvenience, they offered us a room on a lower floor and accommodated our request for breakfast on the first floor. The manager, Madeline, may have been busy, but the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel's location in downtown was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to the nearby attractions like the lift bridge and Canal Park. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, making us feel so welcome. The room was exceptionally nice, with luxurious sheets and blackout window shades that ensured a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a free shuttle service that took us anywhere within a 5 mile radius, including the beautiful Lakewalk. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a lovely restaurant and bar/lounge area where we enjoyed a half-priced bottle of bubbly. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

My experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. the room was not up to standard, with dirty bedding, stained bedskirt, and a bathroom that was not properly cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The front desk people assisted us with parking our moving van and made us feel so welcomed. The dog policy was fabulous and allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The room was exceptionally nice, with comfortable beds and a great-sized TV. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained in all areas. the service, comfort, and cleanliness were top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay with stunning rooms that felt luxurious and pristine. the staff were super friendly and delighted us with their courtesy. the location was excellent and allowed us to explore the area. We appreciated how easy it was to find our way around. we had a delightful stay at a reasonable price.

We also experienced poor housekeeping with unclean carpets and pillows without pillowcases. It seems like the housekeeping staff might want to step up their game.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The person who checked me in and out was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast that I ordered was delicious and I loved that I could pick it up and bring it to my room. The waitress at the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really convenient - I could walk to Canal Park and downtown shops easily. Even though there was road construction out front, it didn't disrupt my stay at all.

Really close to everything on the main strip here, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating, always willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. The room amenities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations, especially the free wi-fi in rooms. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool facilities and jacuzzi when I had a little downtime.

I really recommend this venue for everyone.
