The lobby area had this nice vibe and was really welcoming, and it felt good to be helped by professionals. The rooms were clean enough, and we felt settled in right away, ready to crash after a long day of travel.

arrived to a room with scratches on the walls, didn’t expect that from a Holiday Inn. also, the tv didn’t work, truly embarrasssing. i almost thought about writing a good review but i didn’t see why i woudl ve been offered a room upgrade, very disappointing!
