I recently stayed at Ardmillan for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel pub was a great place to unwind in the evenings and the option to have breakfast at the restaurant or grab fresh food from a nearby Lidl was convenient. My room, Room 2, was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the massive window. The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable, and the shower provided a good flow of hot water. The location was also ideal, with a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the city center. the staff, accommodations, and amenities at Ardmillan made for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at Ardmillan for a short trip. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lovely freshly cooked food. Great location for public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Super little bar and outside terrace. Would definitely stay again!

I've stayed at The Ardmillan about 5 times and it's always a joy. Great location near the airport, Murrayfield, and Haymarket Station. Bus stops outside for easy access to the city center, but the walk is pleasant. The breakfast is excellent, made fresh for you. The bar is affordable and the locals are friendly. The staff, from Amanda to Joanna to everyone, provide a welcoming atmosphere.

The check-in staff were friendly and nice, making me feel welcome from the start. the freshly cooked breakfast was a great value and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating, willing to cook whatever I wanted. the location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor, with grime-ridden shared bathrooms and furnishings that were peeling and chipped. the bed had hairs on it, despite being somewhat comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas stay a memorable one. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to key attractions and a bus stop right across the road. We also enjoyed the convenience of having extra items like tea, coffee, and towels readily available without having to ask.

There were a few aspects that we didn't quite like. the rooms were on the smaller side and in need of some updating.

The location was perfect for us as it was only a short bus journey to both Haymarket station and the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. The room was well-equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of electric sockets. The water in the bathroom was always hot, which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner, making it easy to get to the city centre. the hotel was reasonably close to the city centre, allowing for a quick and convenient commute.

The wifi signal in the hotel was weak to non-existent, making it difficult to stay connected during the stay.

On a recent visit to Ardmillan, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money and the comfort of the room. The bed was exceptionally comfy, and the size of the room was decent. The hotel's location near the city center was convenient, and the staff were courteous. It provided all the amenities I needed, except for a mini bar, which wasn't a big issue for me. it was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying at Ardmillan Hotel.

The location was perfect for me, just a little away from the centre but having a car was very useful. The free parking was a great bonus. The staff were really nice and friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, and my room and bathroom were spotless. Having wifi in my room was also excellent. Great value for money, highly recommended.

wifi was unreliable

The bedsheets were clean and the bathroom was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was located in a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the people running the hotel were friendly and always happy to help.

My arrival at the hotel was quite distressing. Despite notifying them of my arrival time, I stood outside the reception door ringing the bell for 45 minutes at 11pm.

I recently stayed at Ardmillan for a long weekend getaway. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was generous, and the rooms were cozy and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the charm of the old building and the convenience of having multiple bus stops nearby. The location felt safe and I had no problems with the wifi. a great experience and I would definitely stay again.
