We had an amazing stay at a lovely B&B in the North of Scotland. the location was perfect, surrounded by the beautiful, rugged landscape of Assynt. Our hosts, Jo and Trevor, were outstanding - friendly, welcoming, and attentive. the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with homemade bread and homegrown ingredients. the sitting/dining room with the woodburner was a great space to relax. We even got to hand feed the local deer in the garden! Highly recommend Ardmore House B&B for an incredible experience.

Almost perfect, just a few minor things that could be improved.

the house itself was gorgeous, filled with interesting and quirky decor. the organic and environmentally friendly products and toiletries provided were a nice touch, as were the Clipper tea and coffee options in the room and lounge. the attention to detail was impeccable, from the cracking bookcase to the homemade granola and fruit compote served alongside a delicious cooked breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients. Our host, Jo, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always happy to chat. I would highly recommend staying at this B&B, and I can't wait to return.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable considering the level of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful ornaments and pictures that add a personal touch. The rooms are cozy and inviting, with a woodburning stove and a comfortable sofa. There are also plenty of books for guests to enjoy. The location of this hotel is perfect, allowing easy access to other destinations such as Lochinver, Scourie, and Ullapool. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery that will take your breath away. The staff at this hotel are attentive and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at this hotel is truly incredible, the best I've ever had at any B&B. The homemade granola, yoghurt, and fruit compote are a delightful tapas of flavors, followed by a cooked breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients. The presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of the breakfast is excellent.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip around the NC500 and it was the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, with lovely decorations and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful ornaments and pictures throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was first class, with delicious food made from high-quality products and even homemade bread. The location was perfect for exploring Achmelvich and the surrounding area, as well as being close to Lochinver for restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located for reaching other destinations such as Scourie or Ullapool.

I had the most delightful stay at this charming mini country cottage hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to Jo's warm welcome and attention to detail. the interior of Ardmore House B&B is filled with charm and the bedroom and sitting room were cozy and comfortable, especially with the log burner providing a warm ambiance. the highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely to die for. From the homemade granola to the full Scottish breakfast, every item was made with care and high-quality ingredients. the owners also prioritize sustainability, which is commendable. It's so much more than just a typical B&B.
