The one bedroom apartment was spacious and had a large bathroom with a bidet. It also had a well-equipped kitchen and a convenient location near The Ritz and various attractions like Buckingham Palace and Green Park. The daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise.

For us it was ideal.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with early check-in and storing our luggage. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen and a clean bathroom. The check-out time was convenient, allowing us to enjoy our stay until noon.

Additionally, the sound system and TV were outdated and did not have Bluetooth or smart capabilities, which made it difficult for us to play our own music.

Stayed at Arlington House for a week, exploring the West End. Spotless rooms with a great concierge staff. Awesome location, just a 3-minute walk to the underground and convenient for sightseeing. Farid, Karim, and the concierge were all helpful and polite. The room was clean and attended to immediately when there was a problem with the bidet. Checking in was seamless and clear information was provided.
