We were low-budget travellers and loved the welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and delicious continental breakfast with cooked options. The small room had all the necessary facilities and the modern bathroom had a great shower.

The breakfast at the hotel offers a wide variety of options, exceeding the usual offerings found in other London B&Bs. The compact single rooms may be cozy, but they are well-equipped with everything you need and surprisingly quiet, providing good value for your money.

The painting and carpet throughout the hotel appeared old and worn, which left a less than favorable first impression.

I wish there were more power outlets in the room to charge my devices.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out super fast. the room was very clean with a nice modern bathroom. There were a lot of plugs and USB charging options in the room, which was convenient. the mattress was great, not too soft. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the West End theatre land and a short walk to the train station. the price was very good for the value we received.

The size of the bed was too small for two grown-up men, and there was only one actual blanket provided for two people. It would have been better if the shower ensuite door in the room was solid and not see-through, as it was a bit embarrassing.

It's within walking distance of several Tube stations, making it easy to get around. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the attention to detail is evident in the design and decor of the hotel. The rooms, although compact, are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a desk that can double as a dressing table. Despite being on a quiet street, the hotel is easily accessible, even though it's located at the top of 4 flights of stairs. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, including a vegetarian full English.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The rooms were small but cozy, and everything we needed was provided. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to UCL, the animal museum, geography studies, and the British museum. It was a great base to explore the area, which is otherwise quite expensive. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is definitely value for money, with great prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from several Tube stations and on a rather quiet street. The service from the staff is outstanding, and the basic amenities make for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked my room on the 3rd floor with a view, and the excellent little bathroom. The breakfast was also a great addition to my stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my Xmas stay. the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of continental and English breakfast, and the hot chocolate was delightful!

My room was extremely small, barely fitting the bed, and the lack of space made it challenging to move around. It was the size of a matchbox, and I kept bumping into things.
