had an incredible stay in Carradale & Ashbank exceeded expectations. Sharon & John's warm welcome, fantastic breakfast & breathtaking location made it the best place I've stayed. They truly are amazing hosts. Planning to bring family in summer.

The hotel is located down the east coast of Kintyre, providing stunning ocean views and close proximity to a lovely little golf course. The rooms are small but clean, with a friendly and helpful staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and there is a lively bar on-site. The nearby Drumfearne restaurant is also recommended for a brilliant dining experience. the location, room, service, and facilities make this hotel a great value for money.

The internet connection was a bit intermittent, which might not be ideal for those who need constant connectivity.

We had an excellent holiday @ Ashbank with John & Sharon. the bed was so comfortable, I wish I could take it home! John's breakfasts were delicious and we definitely indulged. the small hotel is well-run by this lovely couple, and our room had stunning views of the sea and golf course. It was quiet and cozy, with a tricky but functional shower and a kettle in the room. the hosts went out of their way to make sure breakfast was safe and provided a lunch pack for our hike. the location is perfect for exploring the Kintyre Way, but be aware that some eateries may be closed outside the core season.
