I recently stayed at Audleys Wood Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. From the reception to the bar and restaurant, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The waiting staff made mealtimes a delight, especially for our 3-year-old daughter. They made her feel special with special drinks and cutlery, and even made her laugh. The hotel's location within a wood was lovely, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds.

The old-style, country setting was charming. The room was comfortable and met all my needs. Breakfast service was flexible and accommodating. a great experience.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast menu had a great variety of options, including a delicious eggs benedict. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even finding a tie for me on short notice. The gardens were beautiful, and I loved being followed by the guinea fowl. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Fantastic Sunday lunch

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch at Audleys Wood, with perfectly cooked roast lamb and roast beef. The staff even accommodated my brother's request for a Yorkshire pudding. And the cheesecake for dessert was divine!

The building and gardens were stunning, providing a lovely setting for Easter. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were quite tired-looking, especially the bathrooms. the bed was too small for me, leaving my legs dangling off the end.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Audleys Wood Hotel. The service was exceptional, with receptionist Mark providing a warm welcome and showing us around the beautiful hotel grounds. Our room had a lovely view and the dinner in the conservatory restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was also great, especially with the option to place a cooked breakfast order. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience during our stay.

Our room was extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. the location was perfect for our planned excursions. the breakfast was great, and we especially enjoyed the option of having a smoothie. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our dining and lounge experiences enjoyable.

The setting was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. the staff were discreetly carrying out their duties, creating a serene environment. the food was delicious, especially the plentiful buffet breakfast. I also appreciated the easy access to the breakfast and the attentive service. Although the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey, they were well-served. it was a great experience.

The staff were fantastic, both on arrival and in the restaurant. The room was lovely, with a huge and comfy bed. They even provided anti-allergy bedding as requested. The restaurant offered an excellent and extensive range of high-quality evening meals, as well as a great selection of options for breakfast. The reception and restaurant service throughout was exceptional.

One area that could be improved upon is the service in the bar. There were instances where the barman seemed to be overwhelmed and ran out of supplies, which was a little disappointing.

We stayed at Audleys Wood Hotel during a quiet time, and were impressed with the spacious and well-appointed room we were allocated. The large bed and modern bathroom added to our comfort. We enjoyed dining in the beautiful rooms with panelled walls and large windows, and the service and food were excellent. The hotel's commitment to Fairtrade drinks and electric car charging were added bonuses. The wide lawns and mature trees created a lovely ambiance.
