Great for families, lots of facilities for kids, cool aqua park, good location away from tourist routes, hard-working staff.

Not one thing.

Stayed over New Year and really enjoyed our time. the fireworks display was amazing and the staff were very friendly. the location is great, just a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the food was also very good, offering a range of options for all tastes.

The rooms could do with some updating and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. the noise from the nearby nightclub kept us awake on a few nights.

We had a great time at this luxury hotel! The location in the Sunny Beach area was perfect for us, as it provided easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were able to explore the area easily by taking a taxi or local bus. The Italian restaurant in particular was a highlight for us, as we enjoyed delicious meals with excellent service. The hotel also provided a wide range of amenities, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, making our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the view.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this resort. The evening shows for children and parents were a hit, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. The food was of great quality, with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, except for one chef who crossed boundaries with personal questions. The pool facilities were excellent, making it a great choice for an all-inclusive early season holiday.
