The food was excellent. Gorgeous private bay. Nice design and facilities. Wonderful service. Good quality and attentive staff. Well-maintained tropical garden. Sense of privacy. Safe location. Authentic Chinese food nearby.

I was delighted by the stunning environment at Mandarin Oriental, with its private beach along a tropical forest hill. The hotel was in great condition, the rooms clean, and the pool and garden beautifully maintained. The staff, particularly Clara and Mihai, were both professional and pleasant, adding a personal touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

The exclusive amenities and services provided were certainly luxurious. the staff members were friendly and responsive, making my stay a comfortable one. the Spa & wellness center was fabulous, offering different types of massages and treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was great with plenty of sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and views of the garden area.

Though the hotel was spectacular in every sense, the dinner menu was a bit on the pricier side. the buffet breakfast had plenty of choices of western and Chinese dishes that were absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to downtown compared to other world brand hotels in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the gardens and beach. The bathroom was well-designed and I loved the open concept. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were competent to do everything. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The facilities were impressive, with multiple pools and a private bay. it was a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience.

I did experience a minor issue with the room service being slow. I had to call them twice for every request, as the first call always seemed to be ignored.

Spent Christmas with my family in this amazing place! Loved the stunning view of the ocean from our room. the resort offered a great variety of fun activities for all ages, including amazing kids’ club and delicious food at the beachside restaurant. the beach and pool areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in process took longer than expected, making us wait for a while before we could settle in our room. the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride to get there.
