We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube stations and breathtaking views of the river Thames. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We were particularly impressed with the delicious dinner we had through room service. a relaxing and impressive experience.

The breakfast could have been better, with staff being less friendly and food not up to the same standard as dinner.

The location couldn't have been better - close to public transportation and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the lobby bar served delicious food and drinks.

There were some issues with the service. On one occasion, the reception staff were rude when I requested a room for three people.
