We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Zack and Jesse, were outstanding and provided excellent service. They upgraded our room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we really appreciated that. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach in Huntington Beach and also near a superb mall and several eating locations. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed dining at the on-location restaurant. our experience was fantastic.

During our xmas stay, we were pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep after a long day of holiday fun. Additionally, the friendly staff were always available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had.

We were disappointed with a couple of aspects during our stay. there was a mix-up with our reservation, which resulted in a change in price and some inconvenience.

One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its location close to everything. It is conveniently situated right across from a shopping mall, making it easy for guests to access various amenities. Additionally, the hotel rooms offer a fantastic view of Orange County, especially with the large windows that overlook departures from John Wayne Airport. The attention to detail is also evident with the Pure system, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers basic amenities and has a nice patio which guests can access. Another great feature is the breakfast included option, providing a convenient and satisfying start to the day.

Parking could be improved.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with large windows overlooking Orange County that offer a great view of departures from John Wayne Airport. The location is fantastic, right across from a superb mall and many eating locations, making it convenient to shop and dine. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including breakfast served at no extra cost.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and family attractions. I appreciated the prompt resolution of maintenance issues and the efficiency of the hotel engineer. I had a good stay at Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa.

There were some minor issues with the bathroom, such as slow-draining water and lukewarm shower water. Additionally, the squeaky door was a bit bothersome.

The pillows were incredibly soft and fluffy, providing a comfortable night's sleep. the meeting facilities were well-equipped and had multiple rooms, making it convenient for conferences. the location was good, with close proximity to a shopping mall and a short drive to other areas in Orange County.

Parking was extremely expensive at $36 per night, which seemed excessive considering the already high room rate. the air conditioning in the rooms was not effective, leaving the rooms feeling humid.
