Excellent value for money, the room was spacious and well-equipped with a beautiful garden view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

As a family, we loved the spacious and tastefully decorated room at Barncroft Luxury B&B. The beds were large and comfortable, providing plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The modern bathroom was a highlight, with complimentary toiletries and a luxurious feel. The host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was absolutely superb, filling and delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having tea and coffee making facilities in the room, complete with fresh milk in the fridge. The parking was great and the location quiet and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I recently stayed at Barncroft for a business event at the NEC. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive away. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the owner, Victoria, was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was beautiful and the room had convenient gadgets like a flashlight and plug converter. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay at Barncroft again and recommend it to others.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming bed and breakfast just off a busy dual carriageway. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-stocked mini-bar at sensible prices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need, including an electric fan for those warm nights. The breakfast offered a wide choice and was excellently delivered. I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous bathroom, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

Stayed at Barncroft after a show at the NEC. Only a 5-10 min drive away, easy to find. Much more welcoming and homely than big chain hotels. Excellent communication with Victoria before our stay. She was a brilliant host, giving local recommendations. Room 4 was spacious, with a queen-sized bed, fully loaded fridge, and large flat-screen TV. Attention to detail in the spacious bathroom. Immaculate cleanliness throughout. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Will definitely visit again when at the NEC.
