Pleasant surprise! Staff treated us like family, very accommodating. Excellent dinner and drinks, with great staff recommendations. Lovely handcrafted decorations and artifacts. Superb location in a mountain valley. Will definitely return!

The experience at the chalet was a delightful surprise! We were treated like family and felt warmly embraced by the staff. The dinner and drinks were excellent, and the staff's recommendations for dinner couldn't have been better. We loved our evening by the fire outside the chalet. The atmosphere and view were fantastic, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the silence of the mountains. The chalet itself is a beautiful tribute to expert craftsmanship and the staff's hospitality was unrivaled. I highly recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere was so nice and the view breathtaking, we were able to truly relax. the staff were incredibly friendly and recommended local dishes, which were delicious. We enjoyed the hand-crafted decorations throughout the venue - very interesting.

The breakfast menu was all sweet things and could use some savory additions like local cheese or salami for more variety. there was no Jacuzzi available, which would have been the cherry on top of a perfect stay at this remote mountain location.
