The view, outdoor setting, furnishings, and ambiance were exceptional. Even received a surprise delivery of water and chocolate. A well-appointed hotel just a 5-minute walk from the Octagon and train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The staff greeted me in a very friendly manner at the reception desk and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated having a mini-bar, electric kettle, and a sitting area in the room. The bed was huge and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be quite loud and may need to be turned off at night for a quieter sleep.

The weekend away was fantastic, the location of the hotel was spot on right in the heart of the city. We loved the fact the rooms had large TVs and free internet access it really kept us occupied. The bed was so comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep. The food at the restaurant was beautifully presented and tasted amazing we couldn't fault it.

The room needed some updating, it wasn't ideal that the air conditioning or central air control was not working. Because our room was facing a food bar with a smell, it wasn't the best option to open the window.

Excellent staff, efficient service, and friendly hotel personnel. Room service lacked butter and no time confirmation for order delivery. Amazing location, spacious and clean rooms. Generous complimentary amenities including soaps and a surprise hot water bottle. a fantastic night's stay.
