Charming hotel located on a quiet street yet close to vibrant local cafes and metro stations, making it perfect for sightseeing.

The bathrooms in both rooms were noticeably dated and in need of modernization, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is awesome, super close to shops and galleries. Reception staff were super friendly, especially Walid. I used the in-room breakfast service, which was a nice touch! The only bummer was the bathroom. it could use a little love. Still, totally worth it for the vibe and convenience!

Chur, bro! The room was heaps comfy with a nice view, but breakfast at €15 felt pretty steep for what was on offer. Overall, decent stay!

I was appalled by the staff's impolite demeanor when we encountered issues with our room. Instead of addressing our concerns about receiving a smaller room than promised, they resorted to yelling and making excuses. Their response of 'if you do not like it here you can go' was downright disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.

Proper place, mate! The staff were absolute legends, always helpful. Loved the clean room and comfy beds. Only downside was the shower, bit dodgy. Location's a gem too, close to metro and grub!

There’s definitely room for improvement!!! The bathrooms could use modernization, the centralized air conditioning control is frustrating, and noise issues from other guests were bothersome at times. Just a few tweaks would enhance the experience!!!
