The decor was stylish and warm, creating a cozy atmosphere that we loved. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The Annexe at the back was well-equipped, with a double and twin room, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a nice shower room. Perfect for families like ours!

I recently stayed at Baytree House for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, and the bathroom was clean and modern. I loved the homemade bread at breakfast and the beautiful Edwardian architecture of the building. The front garden was a lovely place to relax, and I also appreciated the variety of teas, coffees, and biscuits in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in a gorgeous park was absolutely stunning, making for a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The service and room amenities were top-notch - from the friendly staff to the well-maintained rooms with ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. We also loved the sitting area and patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. the level of comfort and quality service at this hotel was outstanding.

In short, we highly recommend this place to others. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

I had a delightful stay at this well-priced accommodation. the annex at the rear of the property provided a self-contained space for my group of three. the room had comfortable double beds and a convenient pull-out single bed. the owner warmly greeted us upon arrival and departure. Although we didn't have any meals during our short stay, the owner's friendliness added to our positive experience. I would definitely choose to stay at Baytree House again if I ever needed accommodation in the area.

I booked a room with an en suite but when I arrived, they gave it to someone else, so they offered me a shared bathroom room in another location without breakfast nearby. they forgot to give me the requested business recipe.

Lovely period features, spacious and clean room with all necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and great coffee. a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, situated virtually on cliffs with a breathtaking view of the sea. The front garden was beautifully maintained and added to the overall charm of the place. The room we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast served was delicious.

The number of tea bags in the room was a bit limited.

our recent stay in lowestoft was amazing, but baytree house made it even more memorable! the owner was incredibly patient and stayed up late to welcome us. the accommodation was perfect and breakfast was delicious. we would definitely stay again!

One thing was off though, the tv didn't work.
