I had a great experience at a hotel close to the bus and train station and the old town. the staff were super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was central and yet quiet. the staff went above and beyond, allowing us to store our bags and charge our phone after check-out. Highly recommended!

The lack of an elevator may be inconvenient for guests who struggle with mobility or dislike climbing stairs.

The hotel's proximity to the train and bus stations is extremely convenient. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

The staff at Atipik were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting great restaurants and activities for us. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. the hotel also had strong wifi, which was a bonus.

The Alexandra Hotel in Annecy is superbly located, with easy walking distance to the train station and the old town. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent advice and assistance. The rooms are spotlessly clean and charming, with canal views available. The breakfast is generous and delicious.

I was impressed with the customer service at Atipik Hotel. When I encountered a problem with the air conditioner, the staff were quick to address the issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused. They even made sure to inform other guests about the problem. The room itself was compact but well-designed, making great use of the available space. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the bustling pedestrian mall and other attractions in town. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Loved starting my day with a buffet breakfast, I mean who wouldn't want to stuff themselves before exploring? The location was fab too, right in the heart of the old town and near the lake. It felt like I was in my own cozy ski lodge, just without the snow.

It was a shame there wasn't an elevator, I mean who needs convenience when you can climb stairs and burn off those breakfast calories, right?

The bed was really comfortable and the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. the location was great, with easy access to the train station, old town, and the beautiful lake.

The breakfast room was small and dark, so we decided to go out and have breakfast at a nearby café instead. the rooms were quite small and we could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room and a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the area by foot.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in Annecy for 2 nights and got great value for my money. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town and the beautiful Lake of Annecy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me insider tips on local photography spots and affordable restaurants with delicious local food.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was more variety in the options available.
