We recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast on the outskirts of a bustling city. The room we were in was the best we've encountered during our trip, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The ensuite was of a high standard, even better than a five-star hotel we stayed in. The welcoming and helpful hosts made us feel right at home. One of the best things about this B&B was the stunning view of picturesque pastures with grazing sheep. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy our delicious three-course breakfast.

As avid bike riders, we loved that Elagh View had secure lock doors and was located in a rural area perfect for exploring the Inishowen peninsula and northwest Donegal.

Our stay at Elagh View Bed & Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The views and scenery surrounding the property were breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of privacy we had during our stay, making it feel like our own little peaceful retreat. The whole property was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The location offered a rich historical experience, and we highly recommend exploring the area on foot. While the distance to Londonderry was a bit far without a car, the cultural and scenic rewards made it worth it. We had the most incredible experience and cannot wait to return!

We got great value for our money with a nice room and even a bonus spare room in the backyard. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet close to Derry. The staff, Mary and Jimmy, were wonderful hosts, helping us with recommendations and even assisting us with a car issue.
