We got excellent value for our money with a clean, comfortable room and a warm welcome from the staff who were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local attractions. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to everything we needed and with a brilliant view from our bay window.

Located in the heart of a bustling town, the guest house is conveniently situated right next to shops and nice places to eat. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with some offering beautiful views of the sea. The breakfasts are delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. there is parking available behind the guest house, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

Occasional noise disturbances from other guests.

The recently refurbished rooms had a beautiful beach theme with a bright and airy feel. the shabby chic furniture and laminate flooring in the modern bathroom were a nice touch. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and pubs right on the doorstep. Plus, there was parking directly outside the hotel which was convenient.

The hotel car park had limited access, which could be an issue for larger cars. However, this seems to be a common problem in hotels in the area.

We especially enjoyed the lounge area that the kids could use after breakfast. The hotel also had free parking, which was convenient for us. The location was perfect, with plenty to see and do in the Llandudno area. Additionally, the breakfast served between 08:30 and 09:30 was delicious, offering a variety of options including fruit and cereals, as well as a customizable "Full English" option.

the host welcomed me warmly and the breakfast options were excellent, including a choice of a breakfast sandwich. the lounge area with board games was a nice touch. My king room had a partial sea view and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is wonderful, situated at the top end of the promenade. It was extremely convenient as it was central to everything with shops, pubs, restaurants, and even the pier within a 5-minute walk.

Superb location, lovely ambience, tastefully decorated. Excellent hosts, fabulous stay. Well-cooked breakfast, polite staff, prompt service. Stunning design, high standard facilities. Kind and friendly owners, perfect location.

The decor and location are fantastic, close to all the best restaurants. The breakfast is tasty and made with quality ingredients. The owners are lovely and the view is beautiful. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and David gave great recommendations for walks and places to eat. The room was lovely with plenty of plug sockets and essential amenities available. The beach theme throughout the guesthouse is wonderful and the owners clearly care about their guests. I would definitely come back and bring my mom along.
