We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, even though we had booked a single, we were given a double room. The hotel was located right in the centre of Chepstow, opposite an excellent Greek restaurant called Mythos. The cleanliness of the shared bathroom was impressive, with a good shower. The hotel also had great sound insulation, as we couldn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs. this hotel offered amazing value for money.

Lovely room named after a racehorse, comfy bed, and friendly, helpful staff. Delicious steak and ribs meal with stunning triple cooked chips. Cosy pub with log fire. Convenient location near a public car park.

We were delighted with our stay at Coach And Horses Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the charming town and the nearby castle. The manager, Darren, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast he cooked for us was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, our overall stay was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in Chepstow.

The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of a steep hill, making it within walking distance of the racecourse and close to the centre of town. It is also opposite a fantastic Greek restaurant called Mythos. The rooms are comfortable with a good selection of beer in the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty.

There is no on-site parking available, and the nearest pay and display car park is a bit of a walk uphill from the hotel.

the coach and horses inn in chepstow never fails to impress. from the moment we arrived, the owner's warm and friendly nature made us feel right at home. the breakfast was simply amazing - a delicious full english that exceeded all expectations. the comfortable room and helpful staff added to the overall fantastic experience.

Parking was a challenge.

The hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring all that Chepstow has to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in, even offering storage for my bike. The room was basic but had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay, including a very comfortable bed. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with the best sausages I've ever tasted - a perfect way to start the day.

No major issues - all was fine during my stay.

The value for money at this place was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, near the castle, and the staff were excellent, especially Kade who went above and beyond to help us.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more flexible timing options.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was hot, tasty and good value. We also enjoyed the large and comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great, with key sights and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

cracks and peeling were visible in some areas. the shower door didn't close properly and the holes from where a cupboard or shelving had been taken down/moved had not been filled in or painted over.

The Hypnos beds were of higher quality than other hotels. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of pub food and drinks. Excellent location in the town centre. Free parking in the nearby Library car park.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in the heart of a historic town, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. the location was excellent – right in the centre of town, close to the castle and gatehouse. It was so convenient to explore the area on foot. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the friendly and informative lady who checked me in to Darren, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, the service was top-notch. Thirdly, the room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely furnishings. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. The homemade vegetarian sausages were absolutely delicious and definitely the best I've ever tasted.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.
