I recently stayed at a guest house in Cheltenham and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right off the main promenade with all of the unique shops. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service was excellent, with the hosts going out of their way to make me feel welcome. And the breakfast.wow! The selection was amazing and the cooked breakfast was delicious. I even had a great view of the rolling hills from my room.

A bit of noise from the busy street outside, but it was easily solved with a pair of earplugs.

The location was also fantastic, with good restaurants and bars close by, and it was conveniently located just off the main promenade filled with unique shops. this hotel was the perfect place to stay for visiting this city or exploring the beautiful Cotswolds area.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a nice quiet area but still close enough to the town centre. We appreciated the extra touches in the room, like the availability of pastries, drinks and toiletries if needed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

We were disappointed that we couldn't book a room with an en suite bathroom. It was manageable for one night, but we would have preferred to have that convenience if we were staying longer.
