We had a fantastic evening celebrating our friend's 70th birthday at Squires restaurant. From the warm welcome by Victoria to the attention to detail in the food, everything was perfect. The head waiter even surprised our friend with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The hospitality from the staff was first class, and we felt so special in this magnificent hotel.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was excellent - clean, modern, and spacious enough for two. The bathroom also had a big, luxurious bath. The spa was absolutely amazing and well worth the money. The restaurant served mostly great food, with delicious starters and fantastic desserts. Although the main course was a bit disappointing for the price, the sauce it came with was the best I’ve ever had. The stunning location, set in fabulous grounds, added to the overall experience. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient, and the room was well-appointed and very clean. I appreciated the tea, coffee, water, and biscuits that were refreshed in the room during the day. The breakfast was good and satisfying.

Excellent location, fast check-in/out, friendly and helpful staff. Spotless clean room with great amenities. Delicious breakfast and convenient room service. Enjoyed spa facilities and our baby girl loved it too. Worth staying for a couple of nights and would love to return.

The location was perfect for our wedding at Swynford Lodge, just an 8-minute drive away. The rooms and facilities were fantastic, and the staff provided a warm greeting and were very helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the room service and the extensive menu at the dining room. The pool and gym facilities were outstanding, and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The hotel also had a secure parking area, which was a plus.

Our stay at this hotel felt very special and there was really no reason to complain.

The facilities were clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The spacious and quiet rooms provided a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the excellent food options at the restaurant. a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back.

We got great value for our money at this hotel, especially with the lovely fruut basket, chocolates, and Molton Brown beauty gift in the suites. The location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet area outside the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond, striking the perfect balance of being helpful without being intrusive.

The location was great, as it was within walking distance of the town center and the nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and spa facilities that were a fantastic addition to our stay. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better.

There were a few things that we didn't like during our stay. the room lacked basic amenities such as milk for drinks and plugs near the bed, which was quite inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the horse training area. The view from our room was breathtaking as we could see the horses in action. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. We especially loved the complimentary Molton Brown toiletries and the cozy sitting area.

That there wasn't enough indoor seating. But overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

We also enjoyed the view from our bedroom window, overlooking the racing stables, and the fantastic leisure center. The location was perfect, situated in a great area with easy access to transportation. We especially appreciated the assistance from the reception in arranging a taxi for our trip to the racecourse and the delicious breakfast served in the gorgeous restaurant. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
