I had a really comfortable and spacious room with a great view of the bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully clean. The facilities in the room were excellent, and the food at the hotel was lovely. The location was brilliant, with easy access to all the town's facilities.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town near all the Christmas lights and festivities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and always on hand to help with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with good quality bedding and towels. What we loved most was the honesty bar, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The noise from the street outside. As the hotel has single glazing windows, it was quite noisy at night.

Some guests mentioned that there can be a bit of noise around midnight from the nearby pub, particularly for light sleepers.

We stayed at a hotel in a perfect location near a prom, pier, park, and Great Orme. Opposite, there was a modern wine bar called Snooze with fantastic food and a lovely atmosphere. Our first impressions were positive, with helpful and friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome. The family suite was comfortable, with separate bedrooms and a sitting room. The hotel also had an honesty bar and provided fresh water daily. considering the affordable price and great location, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and the service was top-notch. The meals provided were of excellent quality and made my stay most relaxing and enjoyable. The location of this place, being close to the beach and offering leisure activities such as hiking and golf, added an extra element of convenience and fun to my stay. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and in-room breakfast service, were all fantastic and enhanced my comfort during my stay.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the seafront and pier. The separate rooms in the family suite were perfect for our needs. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they did their best to make us feel comfortable. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area were all appreciated. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture provided.
