The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by pubs and restaurants. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped and Julie, the host, even left a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge. The village itself has everything you need and the free parking was a bonus. The attention to detail was outstanding, with little touches like water in a jar and sealed bottles, and a comprehensive information pack. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away. The parking was also very convenient, located close to the accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the provided guest book with maps and restaurant recommendations was a nice touch. The staff, particularly Simon, were friendly and attentive, making the stay peaceful and stress-free. I rate this hotel 10 stars for its excellent location and overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Belmont House - Adults Only. the room was incredibly clean and bright, with dual aspect windows that let in lots of natural light. Its ideal location opposite the car park and just a minute's walk to pubs and the beach made it convenient for us to explore the area. the owner was friendly and provided helpful advice on nearby activities and our onward journey. the amenities in the room were excellent, including a comfortable bed, complimentary bottle of wine, mini fridge, mobile air conditioner. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Upon arrival, we were able to collect our car permit and keys without any parking stress, which was a bonus. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a guest book providing details, maps, and restaurant recommendations. the shower and toilet were also very clean. We appreciated the provided kettle and coffee or tea in the room. the beach was just a 4-minute walk away, which was amazing. the location of Belmont House was perfect, and we rate our overall experience as 10 stars. I recently stayed at Belmont House and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Beer with easy access to the beach and shops. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely decor that made me feel right at home. I appreciated the small touches like chocolates and flowers in the room upon arrival. The owner, Simon, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even upgrading my room when I decided to stay an extra night. The complimentary parking permit was also a great bonus. I had a fantastic time at Belmont House and would definitely recommend it to others.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the small sitting room with a TV and CD player was a nice addition. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in Beer, and the staff treated us like VIPs. They even had flowers, Bucks Fizz, water, and fruit waiting for us in our room, which made us feel special. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety of toiletries and complimentary parking. Also, having blackout blinds or curtains would have been nice to block out the early morning light.

He even upgraded our room at no extra cost. The employees at the lounge were incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed watching television there in the evenings. We were delighted to return to a spotlessly clean room each day, complete with a towel display animal and new biscuits and beverages. The location was excellent, with easy access to the sea, shops, and restaurants. The entire place was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the abundance of tea and coffee, as well as the snacks provided. The furniture and decor were tasteful, and the shower and bath were great. We also loved the fresh flowers, maps, brochures, and reading material that were thoughtfully provided. The overall customer service was outstanding, making us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend Belmont House for a wonderful stay.

The town was charming and offered everything we needed within walking distance. the beach was just a short walk away, which was perfect for our morning swims. the room had thoughtful touches like complimentary fruit and drinks, which made us feel welcomed. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the evenings when we sat out on the patio.

Our room felt a bit crowded and cramped, which made us slightly uncomfortable. the neighborhood was a bit noisy with dogs barking regularly and thin walls that allowed us to hear everything from other rooms.
