I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with great amenities. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a good wifi connection. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious, although I wish there had been more vegan and gluten-free options available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, either on foot or by taxi. It is situated in a quiet residential area, close to a beautiful nature reserve. The restaurant accepts card payments, providing convenience for guests.

Some aspects of the hotel seem outdated and in need of refurbishment, giving it a slightly run-down appearance.

The breakfast was well presented and a great start to the day. The pool area was excellent and very pleasant. The room had a nice shower and comfortable bed with good pillows. The restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price.

The staff at the hotel were always pleasant and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. the size of the room was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable with clean sheets. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was well-stocked.

Check-in process took quite a while, with only one receptionist handling multiple tasks. the carpet in the room was in poor condition, with stains and burns.

Pool and sauna were good, but steam room non-operational. Towels had to be requested, no soap in male showers. Friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Breakfast was satisfactory. Spa treatments were excellent, Sylvia and Abbey provided top-notch massages and pedicures. Room service steak was delicious.

We recently stayed at Muthu's Belstead Brook Hotel for a relaxing two-night break. The location is quiet and lovely, and the staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, with a grand atmosphere. Our superior double room was clean and comfortable, and the dining room had a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The evening meals were delicious and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We particularly enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back soon!

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail is evident, from the well-maintained rooms with large 42-inch TVs and garden views, to the friendly and accommodating staff. The basic amenities are provided and the location on the outskirts of the city, amidst idyllic surroundings and lovely gardens alongside a babbling brook, adds to the charm of the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Belstead Brook Hotel. I got great value for my money with a clean and spacious room, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel welcome and taken care of, especially since he was on crutches. We truly felt like they cared about our comfort and well-being.

The morning meal could have been improved with better customer service from the breakfast staff.
