Our stay at Quy Mill Hotel & Spa was fantastic! We had a lovely weekend getaway and found the location and hotel to be great. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. The spa and pool facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It is located in a lovely quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were of a high standard. We were pleasantly surprised by the private and peaceful patio adjoining our room. The staff went above and beyond by leaving a card and present for my husband's birthday. The hotel also had a beautiful restaurant decorated in soft pastel shades, with a pop of bright pink, creating a tasteful and inviting ambiance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The location was great, with a little stream flowing so it was nice to walk around the grounds. The hotel was in the centre of town, but in a lovely quiet area. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to Newmarket Racecourse and the restaurant for afternoon tea. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The facilities, including the spa tub in the rooms, were luxurious and relaxing. the hotel provided a nice quiet getaway that we will no doubt be using again.

One minor drawback was that the carpets in the bar area and restaurant were stained and in need of some TLC.

The hotel had a great location, within easy reach of plenty of local attractions. the bed was really comfy and the room was a great size, with lots of space to stretch out. I also appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the room and the free Wi-Fi - both nice touches.

My stay was marred by a couple of issues. the breakfast wasn't very good - there wasn't much choice and the food wasn't very fresh.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the city, and we enjoyed the great view from our room window. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bathroom was grand and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a range of amenities and services, including room service, dry cleaning, and a bell staff/porter. The in-room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a soundproofed room. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for a relaxing evening.

It would have been perfect if there were a few more beds available, as all of them were taken during our stay. Additionally, we didn't get the chance to use a dressing gown as they had run out.
