I stayed at Best Western for one night due to its close proximity to the airport and my work location. The hotel's quiet position ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and arranged a taxi for me to the airport. They were also great with my 12-year-old grandson, making our dining experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, and I would definitely use this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal as it was very close to Gatwick airport, which was convenient for us after arriving on a late flight. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went out of their way to provide assistance, even going against management orders. we were pleased with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I recently stayed at Best Western Gatwick Skylane Hotel for our family holidays. The hotel, staff, restaurant, and the shuttle driver all deserve an A+ rating. The car parking arrangements were convenient for the airport. The location is only an 8-minute taxi ride from Gatwick. Our family room was perfect with a double bed and 2 single beds. The room was clean and well-maintained. The price was very reasonable at $100. it was a great start to our vacation and I will definitely use this hotel again for future trips.

8 min cab from airport. Family room had 1 double, 2 singles - perfect. Ground floor room 32 was quiet. Clean and straightforward. Reasonable price $100. Safe. Small but adequate room. Tasty Indian meal. Good location near airport. Liked room size and proximity to airport. Bonus Indian restaurant nearby.

The hotel's location is perfect for those arriving from a late flight at Gatwick airport. The short distance meant that we didn't have to travel long and were able to quickly settle into our comfortable room. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly shuttle bus driver to the helpful check-in staff. The clean and comfortable rooms were exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was welcoming.

To add insult to injury, the taxi we booked for the next morning was 15 minutes late.
