It's a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel as it is situated down a steep hill.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the package deal we got at this countryside hotel. the £99 deal included a cozy double room, a delicious two-course meal, free drinks in the evening, a scrumptious breakfast, and a late checkout. the hotel interior had a beautiful old charm, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the resident's lounge, complete with a roaring fire and comfy sofas.

There were a couple of drawbacks. our room was located in a separate building from the main hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Burnley West Higher Trapp Hotel. the staff were lovely and friendly, making us feel right at home. As it was our wedding anniversary, they even surprised us with a card and box of chocolates on our dinner table. the food at both dinner and breakfast was delicious and served with excellent service. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hospitality tray had a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Despite the rain, the hotel's beautiful grounds were a sight to behold. the staff went above and beyond by posting back a phone charger we had accidentally left behind. A truly exceptional level of service!

As guests at a wedding, we spent two fantastic nights at Best Western in Burnley. From the moment we arrived till the time we left, the staff were warm, friendly, and treated us like royalty. The reception and restaurant staff were efficient and always had a smile. The clean and fluffy towels were changed daily, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with breakfast served to order by a friendly waitress. The general hygiene was good, with clear sanitation stations available. Room 10 was spacious and enjoyable. a wonderful stay!

This hillside retreat was the perfect spot for a quiet Easter vacation. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, including pastries, cereal, yogurt, and a perfectly cooked full English breakfast. the staff here were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was spectacular, with beautiful gardens to stroll through and plenty of free parking.

The lighting and pathway to the far end of the rooms could use some improvement, as it was treacherous at times. the room we stayed in was worn and in need of refurbishment, especially the bathroom door.
