the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room spacious with a comfortable bed, and on-site parking was convenient. the hotel's location near the cathedral was ideal for the concert I attended.

We stayed in a comfortable central location, close to the town center. the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, providing a clean and modern on-suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, with plenty of choices. the bedroom was cozy and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay.

For business reasons, I stayed at Best Western Hotel 99 for a week. the modern decor, clean bed linen, and towels were fantastic. the friendly staff were always helpful. the hotel's ideal location in the city center made commuting easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown by the hosts. They even upgraded my room to a king-size bed for free. the delicious full-English breakfast and the cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's modern and stylish decor. the newly refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. the staff were extremely helpful and polite, always on hand to assist with any requests. the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was conveniently situated near the industrial area and within walking distance of the train station. Having a few nice food places in the area was an added bonus, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was a limited amount of storage space for clothes in the room, which was a personal preference of mine.

Great location, close to nice food places and city center! Also, it was a perfect location for us during our weekend trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, it made our stay more comfortable. Nice decoration, with a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Also, the breakfast was varied and lovely.

The room wasn’t soundproofed, we could hear our neighbors sometimes, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. Also, we couldn’t find enough space to store our clothes, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around the room. Finally, parking was an issue, there was no designated parking facility, and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car on the side of the road.

Upgraded from single to king size bed. Room and bathroom exceeded expectations. Friendly staff offered assistance with taxi. Will definitely return if in the area again. 👍
