We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Edinburgh. Friendly staff, great location near the beach, fantastic food and cocktails, tidy rooms, and excellent leisure facilities.

Helpful staff explained bus routes, great restaurant manager motivated staff, good food at reasonable prices , comfy room, hope to return.

Convenient location with a bus stop outside for easy access to attractions. Spacious room with helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the large pool and steam and sauna rooms. Good self-service breakfast, just a small delay with the veggie sausage. Clean and well-equipped gym.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its excellent location on the outskirts of the city. The rooms on the upper floors are well-appointed and come with very comfortable beds. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the traditional curtains in the rooms and the well-appointed bathrooms. The breakfast, which included a delicious Expresso coffee, was a fantastic way to start the day.

All aspects of my stay were ok.

We loved how pet friendly the hotel was, our furry friend got a lovely treat bag. The swimming pool was great, and we could easily book our slot. Additionally, the location was good as the bus stop was right in front, perfect for exploring the city. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

During our stay, we found it convenient to get around the city from the location of the hotel. The bistro, bar area and outside seating were great to relax and grab a quick drink or meal. The nearby shopping centre provided all the essentials if anything was forgotten. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing great service. The breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options.

One downside we noticed was the busy scheduling of the leisure facilities. We were unable to access the swimming pool, sauna, and massage due to fully booked sessions, which was a little disappointing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a very quiet area just outside the city centre. The value for money was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. The attention to detail in this hotel was impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the small touches like having a very comfortable king-size bed in the room. I also enjoyed the nice view from my room, and it was a pleasant surprise to find an espresso coffee included in the delicious breakfast.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

The complementary mince pies and mulled wine on arrival were a nice touch. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Christmas market and shops. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The room was shabby and dated, in dire need of renovation. The heating system was inconsistent, making the room too hot at times and freezing cold at others.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, enormous and cozy beds, daily special breakfast options, delicious food at the hotel restaurant, extremely helpful staff, easy access to Edinburgh by bus or train.

Felt welcome, no complaints whatsoever.
