How do you expect guests to enjoy their stay when housekeeping barges in before checkout, throwing away personal items? !!! Also, slow responses to maintenance requests can really spoil the experience!!! The outdated facilities could use a serious renovation!!!

For a peaceful retreat, request a room in the quieter section away from the main thoroughfare, as noise from other guests can be disruptive.

i almost thought about giving a great review, but then i discovered that the shower was barely warm and the decor was just plain sad! also, the elevator seemed more like a suggestion than a functioning feature. i expect more as an esteemed guest, yet no one offered me an upgrade or complimentary gift for my troubles. utterly disappointing.

The hotel is in a peaceful area, just a short walk from shops and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. Plus, the breakfasts were fantastic! I mean, a wide range to choose from everyday was a nice surprise, you can get whatever you like to start the day right!

I keep returning here because it suits me perfectly. The free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely bar area provide everything I need. The staff were incredibly helpful with my elderly parents during my first visit. I highly recommend trying the evening menu. it's delicious! I'll be back for another holiday soon.
