Lovely quiet hotel with great restaurant. Fantastic staff who really value their customers. The breakfast was very good and the swimming pool was great. The location was fab with great transport links and it was really quiet - couldn't hear any road noise. The restaurant had a really nice menu with something for everyone.

Booked a room for two adults as guests of a wedding party, but the room only had one bath towel, one hand towel, and a foot towel. Not impressed.

If you're looking for a relaxing break in a lovely country location, this hotel is a great option. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the barperson makes delicious club sandwiches. The breakfast is also impressive, with a wide selection of options. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean. The spa is a highlight, with plans for expansion in the future.

The noise from other guests, particularly during weddings, can be disruptive.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, fairly close to the train station. It is also a short distance away from Southport. The bar area in particular has a nice atmosphere, and the staff in the hotel are very pleasant. The rooms have recently been refurbished and the bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast offers a good choice and the hotel provides ample parking.

The pillows were not the best, but it wasn't a major issue for our two-night stay.

Great value for money, the renovated parts of the hotel were amazing! The pool facility was wonderful and the restaurant was really good. The open and airy feel of the hotel, along with the nice reception and lounge area, made for a pleasant stay. The staff were very obliging and went out of their way to help, especially when we left something in the safe and had to drive back for it. We also enjoyed the bar and dining room, with dinner and breakfast being enjoyable experiences.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the outskirts of town and it was absolutely fantastic! The location was in a lovely peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, with room service and laundry available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area. The hotel also provided rollaway beds and garden furniture for added convenience. I was very impressed with the room and its amenities.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Lovely hotel – just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The room was in good condition and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed a swim in the comfortable pool and had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Good wifi too!

Lovely location, spacious hotel with beautiful seating areas, amazing food, nice bar with variety of drinks, friendly and helpful staff, accommodated children with disabilities.

Modern country hotel with swimming pool & gym. Comfortable king-size bed, opening windows, good bathroom, big TV & wi-fi. Buffet breakfast was very good.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was conveniently located near my business meeting and had free Wi-Fi, a plus for work travels. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of options.

The room was not up to the standard expected for the price. There were stains on the carpet and the walls were scuffed.
