the location was ideal as it was perfectly placed for the town centre and within easy walking distance of the railway station. This made it convenient for me to explore the numerous attractions in the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with all the facilities I expected. The shower was particularly good, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. Furthermore, the breakfast included in my stay was delightful, with a variety of cereals and toast options.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome during our stay. The rooms were immaculate and the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the garden area where we could sit and relax. The location was excellent, with easy access to the M74 and just a short walk away from the town centre if needed.

The only small issue we had was that the bedroom was a bit cold when we arrived, and although there was a heater in the room, we didn't know how to work it as there were no instructions provided. Other than that, everything was okay.

The Database Room at this hotel was gorgeous, with a welcoming front of house and friendly staff. The restaurant looked great, and the rooms were well appointed. The blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep, and the staff were helpful. The bonus of wifi allowed us to entertain the children and research local activities.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great service. the room was beautifully decorated with nice large double bed and immaculate bathroom with fluffy towels and shower products. the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the breakfast served from 8am and the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. the gift bag at our door with two small bottles of wine, sweeties, and a Christmas card was such a lovely touch. We also appreciated the key location of the hotel.

The presentation of the food was poor, especially for evening meals. Despite this, we still had an enjoyable city break at the hotel.

had a fantastic walking tour in Motherwell and Best Western exceeded my expectations. Huge and comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent food and coffee. Super comfy bed and plenty of blankets. Hotel was beautiful inside and out, and the location was handy. Can't wait to return!

Renovations going on during my stay.

Our stay at Best Western was a last-minute decision, but it turned out to be quite pleasant. The room, although a bit dark in decor, was comfortable, and the recently renovated bathroom was clean. The warm welcome we received upon arrival and the speedy check-in process made us feel valued as guests. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, which was well presented and satisfying. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The lack of information in the room regarding fire procedures and WiFi passwords was a bit concerning.
