The hotel's location in the centre of town made it very convenient for shopping and exploring the friendly bustling market town of Chippenham. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by, and the hotel itself had excellent facilities. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel.
