bathroom needs upgrading

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find and park at. the evening meal at the hotel was fabulous and delicious.

The music went on until midnight and it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

I had a great stay at the Glendower Hotel! The value for my money was excellent, and the room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service at this hotel. the meals were top-notch and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to the beach and stunning views of the North Sea.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the family room we stayed in was in need of some TLC, with signs of wear and tear.

Room was clean, comfortable, and had ironing facilities and a fan. Kettle provided with tea tray and disposable paper cups. Breakfast was amazing with friendly staff and delicious food. Good location near bowling green and public transport.

Had a great New Year break by the seaside. Loved the location right by the beach and shops within easy walking distance. the building had a lovely interior with comfortable lounge and bar areas. It was great to have free and easy-to-connect wifi, and the staff were all excellent, making us feel welcome and at ease.

The room was a bit small, and we had some issues with a loose shower head that needed replacing and a weak flushing toilet. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles on the first morning, and it seemed like we were overlooked by the staff.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and there were plenty of breakfast options to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated, and our room was spacious and classy, with a huge bath and bay window. It was perfect for our family with two extra z beds for our boys. The location is great, with the beach and seaside activities nearby, as well as shops and restaurants in town. We even took a short drive to Blackpool and enjoyed the indoor splash park. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for my elderly in-laws. The recently refurbished rooms were lovely and the location was superb, with easy access to St Anne's. We loved the choice of freshly served breakfast and enjoyed the great lounge and outdoor seating. The service was excellent, both during our family trip and our previous visit as a couple. We would definitely stay here again.
