The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find and park at. The evening meal at the hotel was fabulous and delicious.

There was a wedding being held at the hotel during my stay, and there was a disco playing right below my room. The music went on until midnight and it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the family room we stayed in was in need of some TLC, with signs of wear and tear.

Had a great New Year break by the seaside. Loved the location right by the beach and shops within easy walking distance. The building had a lovely interior with comfortable lounge and bar areas. It was great to have free and easy-to-connect wifi, and the staff were all excellent, making us feel welcome and at ease.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and there were plenty of breakfast options to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated, and our room was spacious and classy, with a huge bath and bay window. It was perfect for our family with two extra z beds for our boys. The location is great, with the beach and seaside activities nearby, as well as shops and restaurants in town. We even took a short drive to Blackpool and enjoyed the indoor splash park. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for my elderly in-laws. The recently refurbished rooms were lovely and the location was superb, with easy access to St Anne's. We loved the choice of freshly served breakfast and enjoyed the great lounge and outdoor seating. The service was excellent, both during our family trip and our previous visit as a couple. We would definitely stay here again.
