The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I loved being able to open the windows for fresh air at night. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a good tea and coffee selection. The location was great for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, warm, and clean, exceeding my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great explanations of the facilities and local area. The location was ideal for visiting the nearby attractions. I also appreciated being able to bring my cat along for the stay. Despite the unfortunate weather, my son still enjoyed the heated pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and reasonable price.

The only improvement I could suggest for the breakfast offerings is to provide a continental option, in addition to the full cooked breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was brilliant, allowing us to easily explore both coasts, the Eden Project, and the beautiful nearby town. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which had a sunny aspect and provided a perfect relaxation spot after a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, we appreciated the ample parking available and the convenience of being located in a nice village with several pubs just a two-minute walk away.

Lovely comfortable hotel, friendly staff, comfy lounge, nice bar. Standard double room nicely spacious. Staff were really lovely. The pool was as warm as the indoor one I usually swim in. Great central location for days out. Room was clean smart and really comfortable with an amazing walk-in shower. Had some of the best hotel nights sleep here. Plenty of free parking.

I'd definitely come back to this hotel! the location is fantastic for exploring the local area. It's in the town centre of Lostwithiel, but surprisingly quiet at night. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and I loved the view across the town. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had a great selection, including porridge which was excellent and really set me up for the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great!

Dining experience was poor with limited options and poor food quality. Noisy doors resulted in interrupted sleep.

This hidden gem in beautiful Cornwall is the perfect place to base yourself for a little getaway. The warm and friendly staff make you feel right at home, and the clean and spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay. The breakfast, cooked to order, is one of the best I've had. The location is ideal, situated on the main London to Penzance railway line, making it easily accessible. And after a day of exploring, you can relax and unwind in the delightful enclosed area, complete with a small outdoor swimming pool.

The parking arrangement can be a bit tricky, with limited off-street spaces and no provisions for Blue Badge holders.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room below expectations, but made the most of it. No breakfast available, too expensive. Helpful reception staff provided additional items and assistance when needed.
