We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect, right by the seafront with breathtaking views. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the Tassimo coffee machine in the room, which provided us with high-quality coffee.

It was a bit chaotic and not all menu options were available. It would have been nice to have more supervision and organization during breakfast.

Plus, the pub adjacent to the hotel is a fun place to grab a drink and socialize. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated just across from a great beach, providing a stunning view for guests. Additionally, the clean rooms and great service contribute to a comfortable stay.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the rooms, such as hairs on the pillow case and in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated right across from the beautiful Roker beach. From our room, we had an amazing view of the seafront. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the breakfast room downstairs. The hotel offers free WiFi in the rooms, which was a great convenience for us.

This hotel had a great location right on the seafront in the very attractive suburb of Roker. The hotel facilities were plentiful, including bars, a coffee shop, and an Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious meal there. The rooms had recently been refurbished and, although a little rough around the edges, were nicely done. The hotel also had a lovely bar, Poetic License, where they serve their own distillery-made gin. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The views from the hotel were fantastic, with a beautiful spot right by the sea.

Plus, the hotel offered two complementary services that made our stay even better. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of options to choose from, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, especially when there was a wedding going on at the hotel. the room we stayed in was a bit too warm for our liking, and we couldn't seem to turn off the heated towel rack in the bathroom.
