Our stay at Sure Hotel Collection in Newcastle was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The large bathroom was a plus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, making our early check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was within walking distance of the city center, and the free car park was convenient. Despite a minor issue with the shower curtain, we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was in town to watch a match at St. James, and the hotel's location was perfect - just a 10-minute walk to the ground. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and there was ample free onsite parking available. The highlight of my stay was the Indian restaurant downstairs, where I enjoyed a superb meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Excellent value for money.

This hotel is located in a great spot, just a short walk away from the city centre and St James Park. Despite being up a shallow hill, it's still easily accessible for those using public transportation as it is on three frequent main bus routes. The rooms have been updated with new TVs and come with tea and coffee making facilities. I particularly loved the large bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The staff at this hotel are friendly, and the service provided was efficient. it's a great value for money, especially with the built-in Netflix feature in the rooms.
