my recent stay at a hotel in bydgoszcz was amazing! celebrating my birthday there definitely exceeded my expectations. the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, close to everything. a big shoutout to paulina from the cleaning team, she was fantastic!

We stayed at a hotel near the city center, just across the river from Rynek. The location was perfect, as we were so close to the Old Town and the opera house. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel also had a roof terrace with beautiful views of the old town rooftops.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the interesting places in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well decorated, providing a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The shower was also a highlight, with excellent water pressure. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, just across from the opera. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to arrange a late check-out and reserve the sauna with ease. Although we didn't have breakfast included, we found a great pancake place called Manekin nearby. I highly recommend Mercure for a great stay at a good price.

Good-sized room, comfy bed, and expected facilities. Great location near opera house and riverside. Old town square within 10-minute walk. Reception staff friendly, especially Marcin. Spotlessly clean rooms. Affordable prices in friendly bar with good wine options.

Loved the central location of the hotel, so close to the old town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room and hotel areas were impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot to relax with a drink.

The reception staff could benefit from more training and experience, as their service was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as there were noticeable spots and dust on surfaces, and the mirrors were foggy.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the old town and right in front of the opera building. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel had great standards. The room was clean, spacious, and had excellent facilities. The transportation options were convenient, with trams nearby and only a 7-minute walk from the airport bus stop.

Spent my Christmas holidays in this nice city and it was a great experience! One of the best things I liked was the spacious and modern rooms with all amenities I needed, including TV and a nice bathroom with a hot shower. Another great advantage was the location, as it was close to the city center and I could easily access all the restaurants and bars around. I enjoyed the friendly and professional staff that were always there to help me with any questions I had.

There were a couple of things that I disliked. the first one was the restaurant menu, which seemed outdated and not very varied, although the food was good overall.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like a flat screen TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. the location was great, with easy access to the old town across the river. One more advantage was the friendly and professional staff who made the experience welcoming and enjoyable.

the lack of a shower door or curtain was inconvenient. the hairdryer in the room was very bad, it required a lot of pressure to keep it on and caused pain to my finger.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. Mercure provided us with a comfortable and modern room, and the helpful staff at the reception made us feel welcome. The hotel is within walking distance of all the interesting places in the city, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the option of ordering room service, which offered reasonably priced, high-quality Polish food. a highly recommended experience.
