I stayed in a hotel located right in the city centre, which was convenient for exploring. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with plenty of choices, and the service was friendly and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff was exemplary and friendly to residents. The residents bar was a nice touch, and the hotel had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The only drawback was the lack of options for accessing bar food after 4 pm, and there was no room service available for food.

Perfect location for exploring the city, with shops and pubs within walking distance. Excellent food in the restaurant, especially for vegetarians. Delicious desserts. Lovely gift of Lindt chocolates in the room. Exceptional customer service from friendly and professional staff. Spacious room with modern bathroom and quality toiletries. Good wifi signal. Wonderful meal in the restaurant and great breakfast. Easy and cheap parking available. The hotel made our trip to Derry special.

Felt like family, no complaints.

I had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with excellent food and lovely staff. The attention to detail in the room, from the old-fashioned alarm clock to the Samsung Smart TV, was impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the en suite was beautifully decorated with Rituals toiletries. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even accommodating our last-minute dinner reservation. The food at The Gown was top-notch, and they even surprised us with a dessert for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was equally delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a solo traveler, I loved the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. They even bought my favorite breakfast items! The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, a big bathroom, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had a great selection of food and Guinness. The staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants, and even gave me a map with the locations marked.

I felt so taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

We got great value for our money at Bishop's Gate. The room was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The staff treated us like family, so friendly and attentive.

Speaking of the restaurant, the food was top-notch and the presentation was exceptional. We were even surprised with a dessert that had "Happy Anniversary" piped around it in white chocolate. Breakfast was equally delicious. we had a memorable and fantastic experience at Bishop's Gate Hotel.

While the hotel was amazing, there were a few minor drawbacks. it would have been even more luxurious if there had been a bath in the en suite.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which was a great convenience for staying connected during my business trip. the location of the hotel was perfect, being within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality of the food was excellent.

The noise level in the hotel was a major downside for me. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear conversations and footsteps from the neighboring rooms.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

bishop's gate surpassed our expectations during our romantic stay in londonderry. the breakfast, dinner, and service were exceptional. kaysi and emma were amazing with their recommendations and assistance, while gary was a great help with the car and luggage. a truly memorable experience.

Limited nightlife options.

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient with free options nearby. The location was fantastic, being very close to the sea and in close proximity to popular spots like Haeckels and Transmission record stores. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I appreciated the robes and slippers that were provided, and the quirky and cute ornaments were a nice touch. the location was also great, as it was within walking distance of many historical sites as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. Lastly, the free complementary drinks were a pleasant surprise that made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff, unfortunately, did not live up to our expectations. while there were certainly some positives to our experience, the negative aspects eroded our enjoyment of our city trip.

The hotel offers a warm welcome, beautiful rooms with wonderful decor, and amazing food in the 'Wig' bar. The breakfast is fabulous, with a good selection of dishes to suit everyone. The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The managers go out of their way to ensure guests are enjoying their meal.
